True, a retail and consumer investor, had confidence in the future potential for hush, a multi-channel womenswear and lifestyle brand. But prior to their acquisition, they asked us to provide a more in-depth perspective on the hush brand and customer.
We worked with target customers, opinion formers such as journalists and stylists, and the management team to unlock the brand DNA, its distinctive proposition and reinforce the brand positioning and customer proposition. We were able to endorse the brand direction and provide True with the additional insight needed to invest.
True completed the acquisition of hush in April 2020.
