We worked with customers and crew to establish a clear insight based on how people feel about spending time by water – the concept of Discovery led to a new name and identity.
We then built the entire brand world – social media, customer comms, staff uniforms, interiors, and signage. And most importantly, through the crew and the brand values. There is one aim – to help customers experience the best of waterside life.
